Currently featured at: Cassis

This is the second year that Cassis in Seattle’s Alki neighborhood has featured our escargots. Owner and chef Andy Dekle has once again created a sumptuous starter plate that could almost be a meal in itself. And he’s done it with a flair for the eye as well as the mouth! We’ll be on the menu through May (that includes May 24, National Escargot Day!).
