Stumbling Goat Bistro serving up “little grays”

FullSizeRenderChef Josh Theilen at Stumbling Goat Bistro “gets it.” By “it” I mean that he recognizes and appreciates the range of possibilities and dishes that escargots can be enjoyed. He recently featured a dish of artichoke hearts, capers, oven-dried cherry tomatoes, grilled wild leeks and our escargots with a rich parmesan-vermouth creme. Mmm! We’ll be making another delivery tonight of first-of-season escargots to Chef Theilen; we can hardly wait to see what he comes up with!
