Last night I had the pleasure to participate in a meet-up of Seattle University Law School’s Community Development and Entrepreneurship Clinic. For the past several weeks, I was paired up with two smart, dynamic, witty and engaing law students, Dex and Josh, who are helping me navigate the rocky waters of federal permits, trademarks, financial projecting and discussions of beard yeast (the last wasn’t an official part of the clinic!). I also want to give kudos to the clinic’s advisors, Professor Knight and Professor Singh. They provided wise counsel and wonderful senses of humor. I’ll never tell a lawyer joke again!
With their dogged pursuit of all things legal, I’m hoping to be able to move to the next step to grow out Little Gray Farms Escargots to a new level.
